Nothing special about the event. Felt like a ride at Disney World. Too many boats. Gondolier did not engage with us.

Amazing
We had an amazing time. Could have happily stayed on the gondola all day! The host was very clear and helpful and our gondolier was singing opera. We loved it!

Very mediocre experience
It was very hot and we feel we should have been provided with a bottle of water . The guided tours were very short . Resulting in large periods of time with no direction, when we were simply left to wander . The tour could have been condensed down by atleast an hour .

Guide francophone très gentille et agréable dans ses explications. Visite agréable pour le visuel. Les couleurs des maisons de Murano sont très typique. Concernant Burano, à voir une fois.

Avoid boat cruises
Overpriced very slow boat tour , the audio was horrible . This boat tour was painful wouldn’t recommend. The guide took us around the island in very high end over priced shops . It was a huge waste of money and tourist trap

Pas de communication sur l’excursion puisque nous n’avons pas pu la faire!
Suite à un retard du vaporetto, nous sommes arrivées avec 15 mn de retard. La guide était déjà partie, normal. -Nous avons demandé à pouvoir décaler notre visite: refus catégorique! - Nous avons proposé de notre rendre sur Murano par nos propres moyens, à nos frais et de rejoindre le groupe : il suffisait juste de nous donner le téléphone du guide: refus catégorique ! Total: personnels sur place désagréable, désobligeants et nous avons perdu notre visite et notre argent.

10/10 experience for sure!! The tour guide was super nice and accommodating for people of multiple different languages! Definitely recommend!

Fantástica experiencia en góndola
La experiencia fue genial. Nuestra guía, Atena fue muy atenta y agradable con todos nosotros. Hacen una pequeña introducción sobre los canales, algunos edificios y las góndolas y después disfrutas del paseo en góndola, el cual dura unos 30 minutos. El paseo fue también muy agradable y se nos pasó muy rápido.

The Gondala ride is way too short for what you are lead to believe you are paying for. The gondoliers were rude.
