This seems to be a scam. Don’t book it.
Is this a scam? We paid and reached the location where the office is supposed to be but it is nowhere to be found. No one knows where it is and the chat options or phone numbers given do not reach anyone. Extremely disappointing and seems to be a fraud. Don’t know if I will get my money back or not.

Best tour I’ve ever done
Fransisco was great, best part of the tour was the glass factory. My mother in law bought a beautiful chandelier for the family. I definitely recommend it.

Fun 20 min experience
I would have liked a little longer time on the boat itself. We waited about 20 minutes from check in at the ticket site till the walk to the gondola launch area. It seemed a little short but the ride itself was as anticipated.

Guter tour... unser guide war beatrice. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der tour war drei teilig erstmal eine kleine führung vom treffort zur godolas und dann 25 bis 30 min. Gondola fahren, danach ging es zu einer kleinen netten VR abschluss. Ist zu empfehlen.

Great bang for the buck with gondola + tenor on board!
Very fun hour in a gondola! I just wanted a quick feel of a gondola ride, and I thought there was a ton of value in this outing. Since it was a group thing, there were 4 gondolas with 5 people in each so it wasn't an intimate couples thing. But because we were many, the tour organizers placed a tenor on one of the gondolas, who sang for us classical Italian songs for about 20-25 minutes, as we paddled around the canals. So in short this was great affordable way of getting the romantic gondola ride in a larger group setting. Would highly recommend unless you want a very intimate thing and are willing to fork out the big bucks for the singer...!
