Murano was fun demonstration. Burano was the best part of the trip. Tocello was a bit slow. Overall, nice excursion.

Headsets on the boat terrible, couldn't hear what the guide was saying, and his accent was too strong. Asked to come back to get on boat and had to wait around for ages too which was a waste of time. Too big group too.

Marta was our guide. She was very nice and knowlegeable. The water taxi was delayed because of a motor issue but she handled the situation well and with ease. The whole tour was great. If I was able I'd definately want to do a tour with her again.
