No me ha gustado, a la hora de coger las entradas habia información que no aparecía clara. Además el guia no me gustó nada, parecía que no sabía grandes cosas de la historia y la arquitectura de los sitios. Daba explicaciones muy simple y tontas de las cosas. No tiene ningún sentido calidad- precio. Para esto mejor lo ves por tu cuenta y es mucho mejor porque además puedes ir a tus tiempos.

Gondola could have been clearer. Very polluted dock for embarking and departing. Should have been 30 minutes but was 25 minutes at best. Very friendly though.

Unglaublich guter Guide. Carlotta sprach in perfektem deutsch, unglaubliches Wissen, kurzweilig. Gang große Empfehlung. Wir wären mit ihr noch den ganzen Tag weitergelaufen. Tolle Frau.

前日にため息橋を渡るゴンドラのコースに参加予定でしたが、集合時間に間に合いませんでした。でもツアーカウンターにその旨伝えたら(途中メールで何度もやり取りしていた)翌日の１１時５０分の集合のツアーに振り替えて貰えました。ゴンドラは絶対乗りたかったので、同じツアーではなかったけど、振り替えていただき、親切で丁寧な対応に感謝します。 VRでみた映像も興味深いものでした。 昼のゴンドラで景色も良く見えて、水路の狭いところとかゴンドラでしか見られない風景など沢山満喫でき、いい思い出になりました。

Unreliable service
Meeting point was difficult to find, tried calling number, no one answered for 10 minutes. Finally located the point only to be told tour had left because we were 10 minutes late and we would not be able to catch up with them . They did not offer another tour for the day. Let’s see if they will reimburse us for a tour not gone on.
