I tried to change the schedule of our gondola ride a day before our trip, but unfortunately it was already less than 24hrs before the said date so was not possible anymore. I went to the Office of GYG located in St. Mark Square and talk to their staff about sudden changes of plan as we need to go to Milan the next day which is supposed to be our Gondola ride. Luckily, they allowed us to use the pass on that day but asked me to pay 30€ which is not a lot and a good deal. The gondola I booked online was good for 5 persons every ride but our guide Bea allowed us to have a private gondola which is only for the 2 of us. We are very happy with the experience and the consideration of the GYG staffs gave us.

Overall, great experience. Cons: Our guide walked a little too fast for the whole group. The gondolier was on his phone playing videos. Too many people were in the VR space so it was hard to turn around and see everything. Pros: beautiful views via canals. Interesting information about how Venice was built.

We paid a lot of money for a service like this. The gondola was in poor condition. Upon boarding, the gondolier asked us for extra money for a better ride. When we refused, he led us down a path that wasn't visible in the photos. We are very dissatisfied with the service. I don't recommend it and would like a refund.

De gondeltocht was écht een van de hoogtepunten van ons bezoek aan Venetië. Wat deze ervaring nog specialer maakte, was onze gids Emma . Ze is niet alleen ontzettend vriendelijk, maar ook deskundig. Emma legde alles duidelijk en boeiend uit.

Decepcionante, buena la atención por parte de la guía ( Verónica) pero el recorrido apenas ha incluido un par de canales nada atractivos y mas abarrotados de góndolas que la Gran Vía en hora punta, apenas podían moverse, ha sido como un atasco cotidiano, pero en góndola. Relación calidad - precio pésima
