I would not recommend this provider. The description of the activity is not reflective of the booking and in fact not only are there key details left out, there is factually incorrect information included. For example, I purchased the option with the hidden castle and nowhere in the description does it state that this means that I get tickets to a museum that I would need to find my own transportation to and download an audio guide to do a self guided tour. Additionally, the gondola portion states that there will be live commentary during the gondola ride however there is only live commentary during a walking tour of the streets, once we were in the gondolas, the guide does not join and there is no commentary during the ride. The entire experience was super misleading so I can not recommend this provider.

La guide georgia n’est vraiment pas à sa place elle nous a fait courir pendant 10 minutes en essayant de nous expliquer je ne sais quoi ensuite embarque dans la gondole aucune explication en elle nous dit d’aller à gauche droite gauche droite etc pour aller voir un virtuel mais ne peut nous y conduire elle n’a pas le temps En tant qu’agent de voyage je ne conseillerais à personne de prendre votre forfait je suis vraiment désolé mais nous avons eu un service de mer……. Nice gondola ride, so relaxing and our English tour guide is exceptional. Great for families too. We had with us our 22yr and 12 year old Sons. They enjoyed it as well.

Notre guide était parfaite et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit tour d’histoire au début de l’activité et le petit film à la fin. Par contre, le tour en gondole est plus court qu’annoncé et va à peine sur le grand canal. Le titre de l’activité ne correspond pas vraiment à la réalité. Sinon, le tour de gondole était agréable ainsi que le gondolier.
