Would have liked a guided tour, quite overpriced for what it was. Short tour, misleading time. Ride was more like 20-25min not 45min.

The Overall experience was good, but the Name of the Tour is missleading, we expected more Kind of a gondola tour, and this was a guided City Tour with 20 Minute gondola tour at the end.

The guide didn’t go around the grand canal. We started on the canal And just went on some minor waterways. So we did not see the sights we were expecting.

He even did not ride for 30 minutes as it was planned, dropped us in 25 minutes after the ride and The route didn't include any particularly beautiful places either.

Brilliant guide whose enthusiasm and honesty you couldn’t help but get swept away with. As a whole museums and long talks on history are not my thing but the way he delivered this made it interesting and meant I learnt a lot more than I would any other way. The fast track entry was a bonus too. Highly recommend.

There was no guided tour on the gondola. In the description it says there will be a guide on one of the gondolas but there wasn’t. There was about 5 seconds of commentary on the grand canal and even then you couldn’t hear as the guide was stood so far away so the audio guides barely picked her up. Really disappointed and feel missold.
