Super guide avec petit tour et explications en français et anglais sur l'histoire des fondations de Venise et quelques monuments symboliques. Puis seconde partie, le tour en gondole, magnifique, malgré le monde au départ, nous nous retrouvons très vite sur des petits canaux isolés et calmes, typiques de Venise. Le tour en gondole aurait pu durer plus longtemps, mais très bonne expérience.

La guida Nicola era molto gentile, attenta ai dettagli e disponibile alle spiegazioni. Bella la visita alla vetreria di Murano, purtroppo la città non offre molto oltre a quella. Per quanto riguarda Burano, una bellissima cittadino assolutamente da visitare. Bellissimi colori, cittadina molto rilassante e molto bella la visita al negozio di merletto.

Disappointed

Unfortunately it was very difficult to understand the tour guide, she was lovely but both the accent and volume were a problem for many people on the tour and this resulted in a poor experience for my family of 5. The basilica was absolutely stunning with an impressive history. Dodges palace was good but got a little boring as many rooms were just more of the same. The VR experience was excellent.

Great view of the canals and a breve but really interesting information about the city. I traveled with my mom, we really enjoyed the ride.

A Wonderful Family Experience — One of the Highlights of Our Trip

We attended the Venetian Carnival Mask Making Workshop as a family (two adults and two children) and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The setting in the old prison palace next to the Doge’s Palace added so much atmosphere, and access to the exhibit afterward was a lovely bonus. Our instructor — a sweet and talented artist from central Italy — was fantastic, especially with the kids. They loved it, and it truly changed how they felt about Venice. The activity was fun, engaging, and meaningful. Creating masks together gave us something special to bring home — much more personal than buying one. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be a reminder email or message closer to the day. We had to dig back in our inbox to find the tickets after booking well in advance. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop to families or anyone who enjoys creativity and culture. A real highlight!

Fun venice

It's tricky to find headquarters and meeting places in Venice. If you don't know the area, i'm glad I went a day ahead to find it and confirm the meeting place.Somebody in our group missed, it went to the wrong place. Both guides were excellent and described.Interesting details about the historic places we were.Visiting. i thought the gondola ride would also have a guide but she was only able to tell us things before and after the ride during the ride, it was quiet and peaceful but I would have loved to have someone tell me what we were seeing during that experience or instead, I could take my earphones out and not worry about it. But we thought we were listening for her during the ride.

A Scenic Ride with Room for a Little More

As a native New Yorker, I usually cringe at doing the ultra-touristy activities when traveling abroad—but for my kids’ sake, I caved and booked a gondola tour. Overall, it was fine. I appreciated the short introduction provided via headset and guide before we boarded, but I do think the experience would have been more engaging if the audio continued during the gondola ride itself. Even a pre-recorded narration about the canals, gondolas, and the history behind them would have added more depth. Some reviewers have complained that the gondoliers don’t talk or offer explanations during the ride. Personally, I see them more like NYC’s Times Square pedicab drivers—seasoned pros who provide a service, not a guided tour. They do this all day, every day, and they’re not there to perform. The tour could easily be improved with a simple audio track during the ride, offering some background and context. That said, if you manage your expectations and recognize that this is the most touristy thing you’ll probably do in Venice, it delivers what it promises. It’s fairly well-organized, and there’s a brief virtual segment back at the tour office that adds a nice touch.

Esperienza che consiglio. Ottimo team, molto preparati su ogni domanda. La nostra guida Nicola molto disponibile e gentile. Murano e Burano sue cittadine molto bella da visitare per la loro tradizione di lavoro del vetro e di merletto.

We enjoyed the glass and lace demonstration!

Guide is very knowledgeable of the area and patient with guests. We enjoyed the glass and lace demonstration, wish it was a little longer. Burano is very colorful and full of little shops. Not in my radar so glad it was included in the tour!

A must see and skip the lines yay!

This was a great simple tour to see the museum, Baptismal , Duomo , Crypt and the Cathedral with an option to do the Bell Tower when you wanted within 72hrs. We were able to skip the long lines in the heat and just enter which saved us a lot of time! Our guide was easy to find, on time , knowledgeable & helpful.

It was a great tour around Venice, burano, and the artisanal glass museum. I found the food delicious and I found wonderful souvenirs.

Great One Day Tour

Very good and comprehensive trip. The gf loved the gondola experience! Allows you to tick off a bunch of the must-do’s in an efficient manner.
