Déçu. Je n'ai pas pu accéder aux itinéraires secrets malgré ma reservation libellée "Palais des Doges avec option itinéraires secrets". Option apparement pas réalisable l'été à cause de la chaleur sous les toits. Si c'est vraiment le cas, pourquoi proposer cette option pour cette période ?

The guide was funny, knowledgeable and helpful with getting us onto the gondola tour. The ride itself was very peaceful and I liked the virtual tour afterwards to experience the history of Venice.

Llegamos 5 minutos tarde por que la navegacion nos mando por una calle cerrada y cuando llegamos a la venta de ticket nos dijeron que la gondola ya habia salido, cuando era un viaje para 2 personas.

Rien à redire! La guide alliait les différentes langues. ses explications étaient intéressantes. Le tour en gondole était sympa. Le gondolier a discuté avec nous de tout et de rien. La visite se termine par une animation 3d en VR nous replongeant dans le passé de Venise

we paid for the 3 activities which included Murano, Burano AND Torcello, however when we finished with Murano island the guide told us to choose between either continuing straight to Burano, where we'll see the lace atelier and do a cookie tasting OR stop at Torcello for an hour. I wasn't aware when I booked the trip that the Torcello visit will mean that I have to skip the Burano activities. They even mentioned that Torcello has nothing special to offer and it would be a pity to have less time in Burano (and miss out on the lace atelier, because there was no option to do both Torcello and see the lace atelier presentation), so we continued directly to Burano. I think they merged all groups regardless if they opted for the Murano + Burano or for all 3 islands, they shortened the time, that's why they made us pick between either giving up visiting Torcello or be present for Burano presentations. (if you go, I recommend skipping the lace and cookie, I regret not visiting Torcello)
