Guide var jätte trevlig. En liten promenad med olika historier och berättelser om olika saker var jättebra och intressanta. Gondola touren var trevlig och gondoljär var jätte pratsam och berättade om olika byggnader som vi passerade. Bara ända negativa var att vi som ett par kunde inte sitta bredvid varandra för att få balansen i gondolen.

The Gondola ride was just right. And we really liked the VR history lesson at the end. The guide was a nice person but spoke too fast to understand and could barely hear with the audio device. Maybe she wasn’t speaking close enough to the mic.

Very interesting history and our guide was very knowledgeable. there is no furniture in the building, but the paintings on the walls and ceilings is amazing and the Sighs Bridge and the prison was excellent. The only thing was that the bridge and prison are not guided, our guide left us in the great room of the Palace, otherwise it was a great tour.

While our guide was nice, and seemed to be knowledgeable - her mastery of English was marginal. She was somewhat disorganized- there was no cohesive narrative. I was disappointed. I wanted a historical insight, the story. Instead we got bits and pieces of random facts. She would say things like “watch over there” point in a vague direction of an enormous cathedral and start talking about animal imagery. It was impossible to know to which mosaic she was referring. Other guides had a laser pointer- that would have been nice. Overall- I wish I had just bought the skip the line tickets and downloaded an audio tour. I learned more by reading the signs at the doge palace than from listening to her.

going through the city in a gondola is a must, however i would appreciate if the gondolier spoke during the travel or if we had a guide during the travel

The vr introduction was very interesting and our guide who walked us to the gondolas was charming with interesting information to tell us. The gondola trip was nice and even if the entertainers were in a different boat we could hear them clearly.

was ok, was a bit different than I was expecting. I thought that was going to be someone on the gondola telling us about history. it's just a quick follow the leader person on the way to the gondola.

現地で予約なしで、90€でした。 初めてのイタリアで、YouTubeでも予約必須とか言ってたから、知らないから仕方ないですが、、、実際は予約しなくても直ぐに乗れるし、指定された集合場所が不便なところで、こんな事なら、予約しないで行けばよかったです。

We booked the 2:15pm tour of the Basilica and the Doge, with access to the Bell Tower. Instead of one tour, it was a combination of two with different people on each and redundancies in the narration. Tour departed late and the guide did not manage time well. She was professional and incredibly knowledgeable but verbose and as a result, we only saw half of the Doge and were not able to use our (included) tickets to the Correr Museum since it was closed by the time we got there. The Bell Tower was amazing - highly recommend.
