It was an very wonderful program :)
Very nice trips to the islands Burano and Murano. The guide (Emma) was really kind and open to answer questions. I found the glass factory really interesting and also the show of creating something out of glass was amazing.

Valentina was a very sweet and warm guide,explained every detail with ease and knowledge,easy enough to understand even for those who know less english. Overall a very nice experience

Basilica, Doge’s Palace and Gondola Premium Tour
The historical both the Basilica and Doge’s Palace was amazing. Skipping the line was superb as it was very busy; it sure saved a lot of time. The Gondola experience was also great; could have been longer.

Doge's Palace, Bridge of Sighs & Prisons
Tour was fabulous, Tour guide was even better again. The knowledge we've taken away today of Venice it's culture & history is astonishing. Every picture/photo and rooms visited was clearly explained to us. I visited today because friends of mine wanted to do this, im so glad I decided to come along it's well worth a guided tour. If your unsure for any reason Just go 👍

States CLEARLY, live commentary. Per their site: - The guide will be only on one gondola, the participants on the others gondola will listen to her/him with the audio-devices. She never went on a gondola and explained to me when we got off that I was mistaken, that she couldn’t be on all the gondolas at one time and yet everyone with me had their headset so they could’ve heard every single thing she said had she left the dock as advertised. Then when she wanted to know if we wanted to finish the tour, I said I wasn’t going to but my granddaughters could but instead she just walked off. If they were decent, I would get my money back, I paid for six of us to go on this and we didn’t get anything that I paid for please AVOID this company at all costs, they are deceitful.

A experiência em geral foi boa, mas houve uma alteração no horário que poderia ter comprometido a atividade que tínhamos a seguir. Os guias são simpáticos e a viagem de barco agradável. Poderiam ter contado mais curiosidades de Veneza/ ilhas.

Claudia is terrific! We loved Burano although we were hoping for more people doing the lace work.
We loved the demonstrations, although both of them could’ve been longer. It seems like the glasswork was a little rushed and not much English description. We would’ve enjoyed more.

El guia, muy simpático y se veía que sabía de lo que hablaba. Además, con un español muy entendible. El único pero fue la demora en el inicio de la excursión, esperando bajo un sol de justicia.
