We took the 10am tour. Athena was an excellent guide who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Murano glass blowing studio was impressive. We didn't have time to walk around town because we spent most of it in the gallery looking for just the right piece. The artist took a photo with us and told us about the piece as well pieces he had in his own home. Burano had beautifully painted homes and a vibrant lace making community. The demonstration of how lace is made was inspiring -- so much patience. Overall, it was an interesting tour that went from artisan to artisan, in the hopes that we would buy something, with anecdotes and stories interspersed. This was to be expected -- we were visiting artists, after all. It was not cheesy, and felt authentic.

Mikaela was amazing. Myself and family of 9 went on a tour on June 5, 2026. Mikaela was extremely knowledgeable and kind. It felt like we were having a discussion rather than receiving too many facts to remember. I highly recommend this tour and hope you get Mikaela as your guide.

Guide was ok but it all felt a little disorganised. Time was spent on things that were not relevant if communicated prior to the tour. Given it was expensive over $150 each felt like it would have been better to pay 30 and get an audio guide. Don’t feel having a guide added anything to the experience

Die Gondelfahrt hat uns sehr gefallen, auch die Vorführung mit der VR Brille. Der Audioguide war allerdings sehr schlecht
