we were late but everyone helped us catchup ! the lady giving us the history of gondolas and the gondalier were great!

Thought the commentator was very good and engaging. However the gondola ride was a bit underwhelming when sharing with strangers and the waterway was so overrun with gondolas we were mostly stuck alongside loads of other gondolas and the gondoliers were just chatting amongst themselves. Unless you seen the commentator near the end you might not have had your headset on in time to hear her final commentary as you came to end of gondola ride which was unfortunate. Think she needs a flag waving so people remember or the gondolier to remind people so they get the best out of the commentary. The VR part at the end was superb.

Our guide was very informative and the gondola ride was fantastic. It was disappointing that our gondola ride was meant to be for 30 minutes but only ended up being 20 min. We were firstly held up with an abundance of gondolas leaving at the same time and then were returned ten minutes earlier than the half an hour. A great trip unfortunately cut short which is disappointing particularly considering what you pay.

Tour sympa après le fait d'être à 5 personnes et pas à côté spécialement car le gondolier reparti selon le poids enleve un peu au charme !

Excellent trip to Murano and Burano islands
Very nice experience, though the time in each island is too short. The guide is a local and had deep knowledge of the history and costumes of the islands.

Spannende Tour
Die Tagestour nach Murano und Burano mit einer Vorführungen in der Glasbrennerei und eine Führung durch die Bunte Stadt Burano war sehr spannend, Erlebnisreich und sehr romantisch. Diese Tour kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Führung mit Ilaria war sehr interessant und verständlich. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. 😊
