SI BUSCAN UN GUÍA ESPAÑOL AQUÍ NO ES (la visita en si muy bien, sin guía XD )
La visita fue estupenda, y nos dejaron tiempo suficiente para disfrutar de Murano y Burano. No obstante he de decir que la guía para españoles fue bastante escueta en comparación con el resto, la diferencia fue bastante abismal. Mi pareja entiende el inglés perfectamente y teníamos al guía inglés al lado y la narración era muchísimo más elaborada y entretenida. Espero que tras este comentario mejore en ese aspecto para el futuro, porque ha sido el motivo de que no demos 5 estrellas.

Guides were great, tour office not organized.
First, the guide was wonderful. She tried to manage the issues we encountered. The meeting point is an office, the staff failed to provide the necessary tickets for the day. Three groups in total did not receive the paperwork from the office. Arriving at the Basilica we first discovered we had not been given the tickets. The guide contacted the office and was texted pictures of the tickets. This delayed the entire group and allowed entry. At the palace, we did not have the needed tickets again. At this point, we left. Returned our radios to office where, sadly, they were not very empathetic. We left frustrated. We did join later for the gondola tour and ride. It was great. To note, the tour is described as 3 hours. It is approx 2 hours then a break (our tour was one hour break) then meet up later for the gondola ride. Much longer in total than described.

Super expérience ! Les infos sur la ville partagées pas notre guide étaient hyper intéressantes et accessibles à tous, c'était un vrai plaisir. Et notre guide était pleine de bonne humeur et très solaire !

A great tour of Morano and Burano
We toured both Morano et Burano, with guided tours for both isles. We departed on a boat from San Marco and the guide gave us many explanations on the way. It covered the history of the isles and Venice. We had some free time as well on both islands and enjoyed the scenery. Overall this is a great experience for an afternoon (4h30)

Had a very fun gondola ride on the Grand Canal in August of 2025! Everyone was sweet, and I would highly recommend to others!

Amazing!
Loved Murano and Burano, and a very nice tour guide! We could spend 1 hour in Murano, where we could see how they made glass and walk around a bit. In Burano we could spend 2 hours, where could see the colorfull houses and have lunch. The tour guide explained everything in a fun and easy way. I highly recommend to do this tour when you’re in Venice!

Muy buen tour, la guía que lo hacía en español súper atenta, amable y agradable y lo explica todo muy bien, no se hace nada pesado. 100% recomendado para ver Murano y Burano y (opcional) Torcello.
