TERRIBLE!! 0 STARS
What a sad situation... this is not a mask making workshop. This is a painting session with absolute NO HELP OR GUIDNACE. Francesco only told us to first choose a mask, then paint it, then put glitter after which he sprayed it with lacquer. There was no help from him. No tips, no history on venetian mask making, nothing. He literally gave us the mask we chose, the paint, brushes, and glitter and said we can start painting. He sat behind us for the whole hour, scribbling in his book, and not interacting with us at all. For the price we paid, we expected so much more! If I had to go and do this at home, it would not even have cost me €10 to purchase all the supplies. It was very dissapointing. When we were done, we weren't even offered anything to clean our hands with. If I could rate this a 0, I would. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is a waste of time and money. I could have done so much more with this money and gotten out a lot more value for it.

Letty was absolutely amazing! So amiable and kind, she knew so much of the history of the islands and told wonderful little stories, and even quizzed me to see if I had payed attention by asking me the name of the famous Burano cookie: Buranelli! We chatted about how lovely the towns were, and the cats! It was an amazing excursion, I’m so glad we did it!

Excellent tour, amazing host, worthwhile experiences!
My wife and I had a great time with Venice Tours! Gioia was an incredible host and answered all of our questions. The boat ride was very enjoyable as was the walks around the islands, the glass factory demonstration, and the pastry samples. Highly recommend!

Morano and Burano islands better go on your hand.
Nothing special at all .Glassblowing 10 min. Problem with connection intercom on the way to the island of the upstairs of boat, every second/third word was crack.

The information to the...
The information to the gondola great. Unfortunately, the guy working our gondola thought he was in a race. We passed so many boats. Not one bit of commentary. We only needed the English for the 5 minute walk to the gondola entrance, after that….silence. The ride itself was beautiful. The gondola driver, not a fan, it could have been so much better with even just a little interaction. I would be willing to do it again and hope for a friendlier driver.

Nos ha encantado Burano
No hemos podido apreciar la demostración en la fabrica de vidrio por haber mucha gente, una pena la verdad. Y no nos han dado opción a verlo otra vez.
