Absolute disaster, the agreed appointment had to be canceled for so-called “technical” reasons, so that the planning here went off the rails. OK, these things happen. But even on the replacement date (!!!) there were frantic phone calls about where the guide was — I would never book here again!!

Very disorganised with different people doing different tours in the one group and much time spent trying to sort this out. We spent a very short period of time ( less than 15 minutes in St Marks, did not go to the bell tower as no time as we had to go to the Doge Palace. We where told to go to the bridge and to the prison but no tour or information offered. The tour guide did his best and did an excellent job in the Doges Palace. Due to our scheduling we had no time to repeat this tour. Overall disappointing and not recommended.

We could not find the tour the maps had us lost so gave up very disappointing

The guide was very patient and dedicated in her explanation. She was engaging and showed us all the highlights in the Doge’s Palace. She made us feel like we were real guests of the palace back in the time. We like crossing the bridge of sigh and the prison. The two ear headsets is great for listening.

Thank-you Ricky Ricardo. Our whole tour was awesome and informative unfortunately we were pickpocketed. Ricky took us under his wing, escorted us to the police and didn't leave until he had explained everything to the police and we had their help. Murano Burano trip
Trip was amazing, Murano and Burano islands are very beautiful and autentic. The tour guide was funny and very professional. We 100% recommend this trip.
