Brilliant, Mateo was an excellent guide! Knowledgable, friendly and funny, could ask him any questions, he also remembered where we were all from and made it slightly more personal. Each place was beautiful and timing was perfect in each area! Highly recommend this tour :)

Très déçu du tour operator à Venise Très mal aimable Pas de connections pour audio guide Le livre nous a même pas été proposé il a fallu que nous retournions le récupéré bravo les italiens 😡😡😡

la guide Donatella intéressante mais trop de détails et pas toujours claire. 2h de visite un peu long et chronologie pas toujours simple a suivre

The gondola experience is incredible and our gondolier was incredibly skilled. It was fascinating to watch him maneuver around the narrow canals and under low bridges. The experience overall was amazing and we highly recommend this tour.

This tour was great!!! I wanted a tour not so much to just see monuments, but to learn more about the history and the specificities of Venice and this tour exceeded my expectations! Our guide Valentina made this a great tour because of all the information she provided to us. She was always telling stories and explaining things about Venice. We visited many cool places and wondered around many less known narrow streets and canals. It was great! Grazie Valentina! <3

Our guide was amazing. With that said, we were very disappointed the tour started 15 minutes late as they waited for a group of 8 that were running late and as a result, we felt rushed and did not have full benefit of what we paid for. The communication was very clear to arrive 5 minutes early or risk losing your reservation. I think you should adhere to that to respect those who arrive in time and have made other plans for a short visit in Venice.
