Such an amazing experience to see the city from the canals. Emma, our guide, was amazing. Highly recommend doing the VR experience after. I was a bit hesitant booking this but now, cannot recommend it enough. This is a MUST do!!

l'accueil était bien au bureau mais ensuite nous sommes tombsur un gondolier aigri et franchement mal aimable. il n'a fait que crier sur nous car pas à notre place dans la gondole

The booking process was very smooth and straightforward, and the app provided was excellent. It gave lots of interesting information about the key sites, and it was easy to use as we went along. However, the actual gondola ride was a letdown. The description promised several major sites along the Grand Canal, but in reality, we only saw the Grand Canal itself and the Fenice Theatre. We didn’t visit any of the other landmarks listed in the tour details. The ride was also much shorter than advertised. We left around 9:30 and were back by 9:55, so about 25 minutes instead of the full 30. Much of the time was spent just sitting on the Grand Canal with a very brief detour into the back canals. The gondola itself was beautiful and the ride pleasant, but overall, this was not the experience described in the listing. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it.

Spettacolare

Giornata bellissima! Interessantissimo e spettacolare assistere alla lavorazione del vetro a Murano. Burano un. Incanto di colori e di vicoli bellissimi. Una menzione speciale a Camilla, la nostra guida, estremamente cordiale e preparata nello spiegargli ogni dettaglio dei posti visitati!

I loved the whole Gondola ride and the VR history experience. Also found the guide very welcoming and friendly. The guidance was easy to follow too

Superbe !

Super excursion avec super guide ! Murano et Burano sont suffisants si on souhaite déjeuner sur place. Burano est vraiment une magnifique île !

A faire absolument

Superbe activité, très bonne idée de faire Burano en premier puis Murano. A faire et à refaire moins de monde en été qu au printemps.

Guide super, très gentil accessible avec de bons conseils et informations C’est juste dommage que nous ayons juste passé 2h à Burano, 1h supplémentaire aurait été au top

La visite est en anglais,...

La visite est en anglais, la Guide parlait si vite que je n’avais pas le temps de traduire pour ma fille en français. De plus, il y avait des interférences et on entendait pas bien. Ensuite, nous avons été transporté un peu comme du bétail dans un bateau fermé Dans lequel il faisait entre 30 et 35 degrés… C’était horrible avec cette chaleur, impossible, de prendre l’air, nous nous sommes arrêtés à Murano, nous avons eu une démonstration de fabrication de verre qui a duré quelques minutes… puis on nous a conduit dans un show-room avec des pièces à vendre à un prix exorbitant… Quelques minutes après, nous sommes allés dans des petits magasins, annexe où c’était 10 fois, moins cher… C’était honteux… Puis, nous sommes repartis très rapidement vers Burano, où on nous a parlé trois minutes de la fabrication de la dentelle pour essayer de nous vendre plus longuement les fabrications, faites à la main ou à la machine… Ensuite, on nous a fait goûter un petit gâteau typique en 30 secondes, et on nous a incité fortement à acheter dans cette boulangerie… Ici, nous avons eu un peu plus de temps pour découvrir Lille… Puis, il a fallu reprendre ce bateau mal aéré et non climatisé… De retour à Venise, nous étions épuisés et déshydratés… Nous n’avons pas eu la sensation de profiter car les conditions étaient désagréables et nous avions vraiment l’impression d’être pris pour des porte-monnaie… Très désagréable, c’était l’usine sans aucune considération. À éviter en l’état.

Visite Burano et Murano

Visite très intéressante grâce à David, merci beaucoup pour ce moment de culture et pour votre très bonne humeur. La visite est passée vite et nous avons appris pleins de choses.

Cher et décevant !

Visite du palais des Doges intéressante mais visite de la basilique St Marc bâclée ! Seulement 20mn de visite guidée consacrée à la basilique, sans accès au trésor Pala d’Oro ni à la terrasse . Je ne recommande pas cette excursion, le tarif de 89€ par personne n’est pas justifié.

Escapade à Venise.

Très bon moment avec mes 2 enfants. Dommage le tour en gondole est trop court 😪😪. Et l'expérience 3D est amusante et instructive. Notre guide francophone était géniale. Pour le prix c'est top. Activité à faire.
