Super visite avec notre guide Luca, qui parle français parfaitement et qui nous a fait découvrir Venise comme un "vrai" vénitien. On recommande ! L'un des meilleurs guides que nous ayons rencontrés.

Visite dans des endroits que nous n’aurions sans doute pas vus seuls. Donatella notre guide était très bien et a su nous enchanter.

We got lost and were late and there was no number or human to call or text (other the AI) to reach out to. When we finally arrived at the tour office (where it started) the snarky and completely unhelpful cashier/sales agent basically told us good luck finding the tour happening at the palace. She printed our tickets and we walked to the palace and were able to find the guide. Upon arrival the guide told us we’re out of luck because she didn’t have head sets for my party to listen to her. So we couldn’t hear the tour. I went back to the tour office and explained this and the 2 rude ladies working the desk essentially wrote me off. Said they don’t monitor the platform to ask for questions. They don’t send the guide with extra headsets in the event of late people. So then why did you send me to the palace to find the tour in the blazing heat only to not be able to participate? The way this was handled without grace was absurd. From the start she was annoyed to be there and was rude.

Very nice tour. I'd say it was worth the money. Only a total of 4 people in the Gondola. Saw a lot.

muy recomendable si quieres vivir la experiencia completa en Venecia, la guía fue súper amable y nos explicó muchas cosas sobre la ciudad

Ricardo was very nice and informative, and a great overall experience. The microphone he was using would cut out a little. More walking than we had planned for.

Un très bon moment de découverte de Venise
Nous avons passé un très bon moment, tout d'abord avec une petite présentation de la ville de Venise puis le tour en gondole était super. C'est très reposant. Nous avons partagé notre tour en gondole avec un autre couple mais cela nous a permis d'échanger sur de bonnes adresses et des idées de visite. Enfin, après la gondole, l'expérience en réalité virtuelle était très enrichissante. Nous sommes très contents. La guide qui nous a accompagné, Béatrice, était très bien. Nous recommandons !

A very nice tour, with interesting places, an amazing demonstration of glass making on the island of Murano, and beautifully painted houses and hand-embroidered lace on the island of Burano. The guide was very kind and knowledgeable, and she was happy to answer questions. I highly recommend it!
