Enjoyable ride and provide sufficient info about the city and history

Skip this and take a private boat. The guide who walked us to the boat was totally fine (explaining how the numbers given out at check in work would be helpful - some guests were quite uptight about their place in the line as they walked to the boat, because they didn’t realize it meant nothing about their place in the boat). The assembly line nature of the boat ride was not enjoyable and the gondalier was not engaging at all - since so many boats were in a row, bumper to bumper if you will, they just yelled back and forth to each other. There was no attempt to even out the weight so the ride was awkwardly lopsided. The guide app wasn’t utilized, so there was no commentary along the way. The route was circuitous and didn’t travel along the grand canal at all except to turn back into a side way.

La dame était très gentille, mais on avait de la difficulté à comprendre son français. Elle pointait simplement des parties d'architecture évidentes et mentionnait quelques faits historiques sans donner de contexte. Elle nous a laissé ensuite sans pouvoir répondre à nos questions. Malheureusement, je n'ai rien appris!

Reasonable and we'll worth it.

The tour was reasonably priced and we'll worth it. Burano is a lovely island and the glass blowing demonstration in Murano was very cool. Our tour guide was also very helpful in pointing out the sights and other islands along the way.
