It was great. The walking tour and the beginning was informative. The Gondola ride was great the guide pointed out landmarks. It was nice going through the smaller canals and then finishing in the grand canal.

Fabulous guided tour and virtual experience. Unfortunately the Gondola ride took place in thunder storms - would have preferred for it to e rescheduled. I asked the gondolia for something to wipe the seats down with but he said he didn't have anything. We were wet through, not just because of the rain, and we're huddled under umbrellas. All this said we made it into an adventure for the sake of the children and booked another Gondola ride the day after when the sun was shining. I would thoroughly recommend this activity and pray for better weather for you.

It was everything i expected and so im quite happy. My only note is that that the app wasn’t downloadable for the self guided tour. Oh well

We had an amazing tour with Iole! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and provided a lot of great insights into the history of the palace. Couldn't have been better, highly recommend!

Perfect way to spend an hour. Learnt so much of the history of the gondolas and Venice and the gondala ride was stunning. Our guide was very knowledgeable and really made the whole experience even more perfect

Man kommt einfach an die Tickets und schnell rein. Man sollte jedoch vorher wissen, dass es sich hier um ein Audio-Guide handelt, was man runderladrn muss und wofür man selber Kopfhörer o.ä mitbringen sollte! Diese Information fehlt!
