Didn’t see Bell Tower. Wife was exhausted anyway so didn’t make an issue of it.

Notre guide était excellente, elle parlait très bien français. Nous avons adoré la visite à la verrerie de Burano et le temps libre à Murano nous a satisfait pour visiter l’île aux maisons colorées. Nous recommandons cette excursion.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en compagnie de notre guide Luigi qui parle très bien la langue française. Luigi est tout simplement passionné par Venise et passionnant dans sa façon de vous la faire visiter sur son Bragozzo! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, c'est une prestation de très grande qualité! Nous avons été enchantés par cette expérience qui marque le point fort de notre séjour!

Very fun and entertaining. The guide was very nice and made it really enjoyable. Definitely necessary to understand a lot of the history and culture of the city

O passeio não dura mais que 20 minutos — e olhe lá. O deslocamento da sede da Venice Tours até a gôndola leva uns 2 minutos andando; o resto é pura espera. Na descrição, prometem que o gondoleiro fala sobre Veneza. O nosso não abriu a boca para dar uma única informação. Ficou de cara fechada o tempo todo, não permitiu que nos movimentássemos para tirar fotos (enquanto em outras gôndolas os passageiros faziam isso tranquilamente). Ao final, quando pedimos para descer, liberou com má vontade, e ainda posou para uma foto em um local feio, sem graça, como se fosse um favor. Para coroar, teve a cara de pau de pedir gorjeta por um serviço mal feito e sem nenhum esforço. A verdade é que a experiência depende inteiramente do humor do gondoleiro: enquanto a gôndola da frente parecia animada e divertida, a nossa foi um verdadeiro pé no saco.

Guide Allegra was amazing. So much knowledge. Would have preferred more time on Murano just to explore other shops.

En general muy bien, el problema es que nos prometieron 2 técnicas de vidrio y fue solo una y el traductor principalmente explicaba todo en inglés y en español algo muy resumido.

Nos gustó el viaje, estuvo muy bonito el Tour muy bien explicado. La chica que nos dio muy amable, valió la pena el Tour por el precio y la comodidad. Nos llevaron a Murano y Burano comimos muy rico, hay lugares bonitos para comer. El lugar vale la pena
