Quedé poco contenta con lo contratado ya que el retraso en la salida lo pagamos los clientes sin poder ver nada más en Murano que la fábrica de cristal. Cuando me quejé me explicaron que en la isla hay poco que ver ( entienden que nada porque no quedó tiempo alguno), si bien creo que si pago por ver Murano dejó claro que quiero verla.. Frente a esto debo reconocer que la guía fue muy amable

Guide très agréable mais organisation de la réservation jusqu’à l’embarquement bien compliquée et pas de bien grand niveau. Nous avons attendu debout, 1/2 heure sous la pluie battante pour que tous soient enregistrés puis 10 minutes le bateau. Les banc en bois sont bien raides. Dans les escales aux les îles Murano et Burano il n’y a aucune possibilité de s’asseoir pour attendre le retour du bateau ! Heureusement que notre guide Camilia était sympa et efficace.

Our Gondola pilot was incredibly friendly and happy to answer all of our questions as he skilfully transported us around the beautiful canals

Our guide was wonderful and she was very kind. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is the seating arrangement on the boat. My wife and I did get to be on the same boat (read disclaimers as sometimes this may not be the case) which was great, but we sat across from one another in the middle of the boat while another couple sat side by side in the rear. It was ok, but something to be aware of if this is very important to you. Overall I felt it was worth it, and a unique experience. The gondoliers speak to each other much more than to anyone in the boat and the waterways are likely more crowded than you would expect. Just things to note.

The gondola ride was lovely, but we did not go under the bridge of sighs as stated, which was a bit disappointing.

Great experience! We travelled with 9 and 12 year old girls and everyone really enjoyed this. Burano was lovely and it was great to see a glass making demonstration on Murano.
