One of the best guided tours we have done in the whole of Italy. The starting office was exceptional with a great waiting area and staff. Our guide, Lucia, was outstanding. Her knowledge and humour shone through in a real love for the city and stories she told. The Basilica tour was brilliant: highly recommend and appreciated the early start so that it felt calm and like a place of worship. We had not expected the group size to reduce at that point, but only a very small group continued to the Doge's Palace. This, too, was calm and allowed for great insights to be shared and stories told. We hadn't appreciated that we'd go through thr Bridge of Sighs, which was an unexpected bonus. From there, it was an easy and exceptionally simple skip the line to the campanile for incredible views, and the noon bell. Probably the highlight of our Italian tour, and amazing quality from the team from start to finish! Bravissima!

Die Tour war perfekt!!!! Martina hat immer alle Fragen ausführlich beantwortet, war sehr aufmerksam & hat uns sehr viele Info's zu Venedig gegeben! Obwohl die Gruppe aus ca. 20 Leuten bestand, wurde immer, auch wenn die Gassen noch so klein und verwinkelt waren, darauf achtgegeben, dass niemand verloren geht - die Headset's funktionierten super, man konnte Martina immer ausgezeichnet verstehen und ihr Deutsch war perfekt!!! Eine wunderschöne Tour mit viel Informationen - also sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Der Glockenturm ist sehenswerte. Einen Guide gab es nicht. Dafür gab es eine virtuelle Brille im Vorfeld der Besichtigung mit der Geschichte Venedig. Auch sehr sehenswert, allerdings war auch hier der Preis bei Get You Guide zu hoch.

Bellissimo salire sul campanile, mentre la galleria storica nessuno ci ha saputo dire dove e cosa fosse quindi non l’abbiamo vista

Am Startpunkt haben wir die kleine VR Session absolviert. Das war ganz nett gemacht. Danach sind wir mit einer anderen Familie zur Gondel gebracht worden. Das war leider nicht so, wie wir das erwartet hatten. Wir haben eine deutschsprachige Tour gewählt und der Guide hat bis zur Gondel wie am Fließband ihren Text auf Englisch runtergerattert. Die Famile mit den 2 Kindern ist kaum hinterher gekommen. Die Gondel fuhr gerade mal 25 min. Wir haben nur die unbequemen Sitzplätze an der Seite bekommen. Ich empfand die Tour leider nicht ihrem Preis gerechtfertigt.

I would save one's money and opt for a private gondola ride. Ours was super crowded and my husband and I didn't even get to sit together. 4 should be the limit on these things and not 5. If I'd have known how crowded it wouuld be I would have upgraded to private without hesitation.

Bien pero salimos 30 minutos tarde y en Murano solo pudimos ir a la fábrica de cristal y no dio tiempo a ver la isla.
