Ottima! Esperienza davvero consigliata! La nostra guida italiana Nicola, top. Con professionalità ci ha accompagnato per tutto il tour spiegando e raccontando storie e curiosità del luogo. Non solo, anche nel tempo libero ha consigliato luoghi e come muoverci. Murano molto suggestiva la visita alla vetreria e Burano semplicemente meravigliosa per le sue case colorate, negozi di merletti e varie ed il cibo. Davvero soddisfatta. Esperienza da includere nella tappa Venezia

We liked everything about this tour! From the excellent communication and updates prior to the tour start time, to the tour itself. Started with the virtual experience which was brilliant! Then met our tour guide (apologies we can’t recall his name Francesco/Federico?). He was very friendly and so knowledgeable, he made the whole experience excellent. Certainly glad we booked the ‘behind the scenes’ bits too, they were great. Learned so much about Venice itself as well as the two main magnificent historical buildings. Thank you, would definitely recommend this tour as well as Get Your Guide. We have booked more than once using this company and both times received excellent service 5/5

All very good, sometimes we waste a lot of time waiting for people buying stuff, but good overall. Translation was ok, you couldn’t follow certain things but I think it had to do with the audio more than anything. Good experience tho.
