Lucia was probably the best guide we’ve ever had! She was patient and clear and so thorough; she even had visuals she used to help explain the history of the buildings we saw. She genuinely seemed to care about us and the history she was teaching! We loved her!! And the tour was great too!

Tour guide was taking forever to start the tour. Agency force you to watch a video for 10 minutes, waste 5-10 more minutes giving instructions and information about the tour and 5-10 more minutes to walk and be set at the gondola. The ride is about 25 minutes, not through the most beautiful canals and they expect you to use your phone for an audio tour instead of taking pictures. terrible..such a quiet gondola ride. Too expensive for the time on the gondola.

Auf der Tour bekommt man mehrere Führungen in kleinen Läden bzw einer Glasfabrik in Murano. Allerdings wirken diese sehr überteuert und alles etwas abgefertigt. Transport hat super geklappt.

I did note received any information before or after. the price of the Gondola in any station of Venecia is $90.00 for 30 min. I paid $99.00 shared with 3 other people and it was less than the 30 minutes offered. Our guide doesn't talk anything.

Très bien organisée, cette visite combinée Murano et Burano fut un moment de partage avec notre guide David qui a su nous intéresser à l'histoire de Venise au travers du temps. Sa personnalité et la beauté des lieux nous a fait passer un excellent moment culturel tout au long des visites. Bravo!!

I was so looking forward to this based on reviews. Our young guide was impossible to understand, as others in the group also found. the gondola ride was ok - but was only 20 minutes, not the advertised 30. and no singing or conversation at all. Extremely disappointed overall and would not recommend.

Isabella was great. Filled with lots of knowledge about Venice. Was happy we ventured out to other neighborhoods out of San Marco. A nice venue of history and photo stops.

Die Tour durch Venedig war sehr informativ, man kommt zu Plätzen die nicht so überrennt sind, die Startzeit 9.15 war perfekt da noch wenig los war. Das Getränk zum Abschluss war lecker und die Gruppengröße nicht zu groß. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre die Gondelfahrt, da nicht die angegebenen 30 Minuten gegahren wurden sondern nur 20 Minuten. Ich würde die Tour sofort jedem Weiterempfehlen!
