No se visitó Murano como incluía el itinerario y tampoco vimos la demostración de encaje. Los maestros pasteleros era una bandeja de galletas. No se hizo lo publicitado y contratado.

The glass tour was very disappointing, too quick not enough explanation how it was made. I wouldn’t recommend. Lace making was very disappointing didn’t really show us how it was made just thought it was to get us in the shop to buy. Pastisserie again just to get us to buy. Our only positive really was the island of Burano was absolutely gorgeous pleased we done the trip just to see this. The guide was lovely and friendly too.

Man zahlt zu viel für was das man erhältet. Guide hat einen nur kurz begleitet und gezeigt wie ma eine app runter lädt und das wars. Also keinen60 Euro wert

it is better to get your Gondola rent directly in Venice, it is the same price and last for 30 min instead of 20 only. Most importantly you don't share the ride with 4 or 5 people. The audio guide was nice, but not really necessary. my wife and I had to seat in opposite seats so we couldn't take nice pictures with other couple in the frame.

The IVR experience at the start is v good and something that needs more appreciation than it gets. Gives you a nice experience of you standing on the boat and seeing Venice as it perhaps was 100s of years ago. The guide was informative but was in some rush to get to the gondola. The walk is quite far so those who have issues with walking that fast and far should reconsider. The gondola ride itself is quite short, approx 20 mins. Yes ypu gonunder bridges and narrow canals etc etc but a bit more involvement by the gondola rider would help. It almost feels like they want to get it done asap and move on for dinner at home. Not quite inviting for a tourist. Also, if you happen to sit on the small stools on the side of the gondola then its not very comfortable and ypur photos arent going to be the best.
