Le planning proposé est séduisant mais la mauvaise qualité de l'application informatique sensée faire office d'audioguide affecte beaucoup la visite de la Basilique. vous êtes ensuite livrés à vous même de maniere expeditive sans la moindre explication pour la suite notamment pour trouver le Palais des Loges sachant que pour cette nouvelle visite l'audioguide n'est pas inclu comme annoncé dans l'offre mais à acheter.

The boat was too small to comfortably fit 5 people, it dropped us off about 5 minutes before the scheduled end time, and overall the experience was not that great.

The best part was the tour guide David. He was very knowledgeable about everything Venice. He was a great story teller and kept the crowd’s attention. The glass blowing demo in Murano was great I would’ve loved a few more demo’s and Burano is a cute town with a colourful history… the tour was not too long and gave us the rest of the day to enjoy Venice!!

L’organisation et rencontre avec les guides est super. Par contre, vous devriez superviser un peu plus les gondoliers avec lesquels vous faites affaire. Le notre était très très arrogant fortement désagréable.
