on est parti avec beaucoup de retard.avoir une visite via le téléphone avec des gens qui font la même chose dans une autre langue c'est nul et le pompon,un couplé est en fauteuil comme des rois,les autres séparés sur 2 chaises

It was nice that we got a radio and earphones for the walk from the meeting point to the gondola but it took way too long to get the radios, the women at the desk were just talking between themselves about an issue without even greeting us first. The guide was nice but very repetitive and the information was quite limited. The gondola man didn’t even say hello and was on phone calls the entire ride, which really disrupted the calm of the experience.

El paseo en sí está bien, pero es demasiado corto. Lo de comentarios en directo es mentira, durante el trayecto en góndola vas en silencio porque el gondolero no dice nada, nuestra guía se queda en el muelle durante los 15 minutos de paseo

Wir waren die letzte Gondelfahrt des Tages mit Serenade. Die Tour begann fast 20 Minuten später, daher haben wir über eine halbe Stunde vor dem Büro gewartet. Der Guide war gut und lebendig, allerdings war die Technik mit Audio sehe schlecht und zum Teil haben wir ihn nicht gehört. Die Gondelfahrt war eigentlich ganz gelungen. Am Schönsten wurde es bei der Dunkelheit. Die Serena wurde am Boot nebenan gesungen, begleitet mit Akkordeon. Wenn man Venedig besucht, ist eine Gondelfahrt eine Muss.

The activity started out ok, however it ended up being very disappointing. When we got to the second island it started to rain very hard and we were 7 minutes late getting back to the boat dock. Our friends had gone ahead and told them we were coming behind them. The tour guide told them that she had a family emergency and that she couldn’t wait so they left us stranded on the island in the rain. We had to figure out our own way off the island to our next location. Luckily we encountered a kind stranger who gave us a ride to the other island on his boat. when we arrived on the other island and located our friends they told us that the guide left them and that another boat and guide was going to take us back. No other guide came for us, we had to get onto a large ferry with over a hound red people to get back to Venice. There were no guides or any staff directing us or telling us where to go. When I made a formal complaint with the tour company they told me I was not telling the truth.

Informative tour guide, passionate about Venice. She was able to navigate through the city avoiding many of the crowds. The headphones were great quality but at times a little too loud - could not turn them down. The drink break was appreciated.
