While the canal tour was good, the gondolier was on his phone THE WHOLE TIME! What was meant to be a relaxing gondola ride turned into a chaos due to the gondolier. Never going back to these folks again.

o passeio é lindo, cale a pena... mas choveu no dia e atrapalhou um pouco. os fones que nos deram não dava para ouvir nada! o barco estava com goteira e ao encostar o barco deu um tranco no cais.

o meu áudio ficava falhando e ainda era inglês e eu solicitei espanhol , já que não tinha português. a solução da guia foi eu visitar e depois escutar o áudio. se fosse para isso, não precisava ter pago. já que a visita é gratuita e explicação tem um monte na Internet. um pouco decepcionante.

Sehr interessanter Rundgang mit vielen Infos, auch einigen "Geheimtipps", teilweise etwas abseits der Hauptrouten. Man konnte Fragen stellen, die ausführlich beantwortet wurden. Der Bonus mit der VR-Brille war eine tolle Erfahrung.

Yo no recomiendo la visita, vale más que si tienes el ticket de varios días de vaporeto lo hagas por tú cuenta, la isla de Burano merece la pena conocerla. En Murano estuvimos 20 minutos y a Torcello no fuimos. Guía italiano muy difícil seguirle la conversación en español. Explicaciones solo durante 30 min de viaje de ida, lo dicho no merece la pena!

Pouring rain and high winds, we tried to reschedule or get a refund. We were told to walk through the rain and wind, and they would decide if we were able to go or not at that time. Very disappointed.

Ist ein sehr tolles Erlebnis und auch zu empfehlen wenn man in Venedig ist. Persönlich finde ich es etwas zu teuer für eine 30minütige Fahrt.
