Loved this activity! Learned a lot about the history behind masks, techniques to make our own, and the prison torture tour was really interesting (and horrific).

A fuir ! Le bateau était plein, les guides et quelques passagers ont été obligés de rester debout ce qui est dangereux. Nous étions 3 grandes groupes avec 3 langues différentes. Aussi on est censé faire 5 heures et demi d’excursion, on a commencé à 10h et on a pris le chemin de retour à 13h30. A murano , on a eu la démonstration de fabrication de verre, ensuite on vous laisse 30 min de libre donc très très court on ne peut pas visiter l’île et à Burano, on vous dit on va voir la fabrication de la dentelles (en vrai ça dure 5 min) ensuite on vous dit on va vous montrer la fabrication de biscuits mais ce n’est pas vrai on vous emmène dans un magasin qui vend des biscuits pour que vous acheter clairement et on vous donne 30 min de temps libre mais impossible de visiter l’île en 30 min et pas le temps de faire quoi que se soit. Donc trop court et pas beaucoup d’explications durant la visite. Dommage. Autant de prendre les transports en commun

The guide didn’t do much talking on the gondola. He was silent for most of the time. We saw other guides on the other gondolas joking and singing along jokingly.

Great activity. Easy for kids. They give you excellent instructions to make a beautiful mask and have others you can buy. The guide/host was gracious and excellent.

Very well organised and very lovely and knowledgeable guides. The boat was quite cramped but other than that it was great value for money and a lovely day out.
