Der Guide kam 25 Min zu spät. Die Tour hatte nichts mit dem Titel zu tun (Legacy Roman Empire), die Audioqualität der Kopfhörer war grausam, sodass es unmöglich war den Guide und seine unzusammenhängenden und bewertenden Ausfürungen zu verstehen. Hier war kein roter Faden erkennbar.

The tour was nice. However, there were too many people for the glass demonstration, so several of us could not see. A longer demonstration and less shopping time or a rotation would be nice. The lace making demonstration was extremely short and didn't really explain what and how they do it. Again, too many people in a crowded shop. It could be greatly improved with fewer people and a little effort put into the explanation of the lace demonstration.

Nuestro guia Victorio fue muy bueno. La visita a Burano fue magnifica, es hermoso y es una parada necesiria. En cambio en Murano la parada fue extremadamente corta, no fue lo descrito al comprar la actividad. No tuvimos tiempo para nada en la isla, decia que si y no estuvimos nada, no se pudo ver nada. Creo deberian reorganizar, manejar mejor el tiempo para ofrecer lo vendido. Fuera de eso no hubo problemas y el guia excelente.
