The experience at the travel agents was really great and the lady that met us was friendly and welcoming. We loved the virtual experience of the history of Venice, even after already doing multiple walking and major attraction tours. When we arrived at our Gondola the Gondolier never spoke to us, even though we had been told on previous tours they must know some English as part of their qualifications. He did however, speak throughout the whole ride to the lovely Spanish couple we shared the ride with, and it was obvious he was giving them a history of the places we passed. Disappointing.

Très bien, sauf que les temps indiqués sont faux. Nous sommes restés 45min à murano avec la visite comprise donc 20min de temps libre. De plus, 1h15 seulement sur burano au lieu de 2h. (Avec explication de la dentelle comprise) La guide était super, mais le temps n’a pas été respecté je suis déçue de ne pas avoir pu passer plus de temps à burano qui mérite d’être visité plus longtemps.

Allegra was our guide for Murano and Burano and she was exceptional! She provided us with so many information, she is very elocvent, knowledgable and kind! The only thing I think should be improved is more time in Burano!

The tour was overall very good. But I booked this one because in the description it says "Travel comfortably aboard a spacious boat with an open-air deck, perfect for taking in panoramic views of Venice from the water." And there was no open air deck available. As a person with claustrophobia and a tendency to get dizzy, the fact that I couldn't go outside was a real issue for me.
