We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The guide was excellent. Really knowledgeable and talented and she developed a great rapport with my 7 year old. Fab!

Ticked a box but wouldn’t do it again! Very expensive for a 20min gondola ride! Even charged full price for a child.

We booked a priority small group trip and we turned up to be told as we were the only couple booked on to that tour, they were going to put us with the large group of around 80 people. It was fine, but disappointing and had to wait an extra 30 minutes to start with the next group. The transport was very good to and from the islands. The male tour guide was excellent, very informative and helpful with local culture and useful information. The tours of the place factory and glass factory were good, although we didn’t get much time on either island. Glad to have gone, despite these issues as was nice to see the smaller islands and get some information.

Finding the meet up point was straight forward in an office base. Friendly staff greeted us and gave app support. There were lots of people that had booked in for the gondola ride timeslot. We were split into groups of specific numbers which correlated to the gondola we would sit in. Unfortunately it was mayhem at the start of the tour at the base where we were suppose to experience the walking through Venice tour with VR headsets. Lots of us didn’t get the opportunity to do this as there weren’t enough. After this we all walked to the main waterfront which was very rushed and was surprised we didn’t lose anyone. We queued for 20mins before boarding the gondola. The ride was ok but we didn’t see the bridge of Sighs we had booked! And spent a lot of time in gondola traffic jams so we stationary a lot of the time. Shame it should have been magical experience.

Il est annoncé 5h30 de visite globale (incluant les transports, la visite et le temps libre). Le retour était prévu à 15h30, mais nous sommes arrivés à 14h30. Au final, avoir seulement 1h de visite à Murano, dont 30 min de temps libre, c'est beaucoup trop court et frustrant. À Burano, nous avions 1h30 de disponible avec 45 min de visite guidée ; il reste donc 45 min pour manger ou se promener, mais il est compliqué de faire les deux. Les lieux sont magnifiques, mais c'est frustrant quand on aime prendre le temps de découvrir les endroits. La guide était très agréable, mais le système audio demande beaucoup de concentration pour bien comprendre. En résumé : des lieux agréables, mais des visites frustrantes.

La excursión está muy bien pero la guía que habla en español no explica muchas cosas. Tuvimos oportunidad de ir al lado de la guía que hablaba francés y el que hablaba inglés y eran MUCHO mejores. Mientras que ellos daban tips de Venecia, contaban historias… la de habla española se mantenía en silencio y explicaba lo justo.
