The day trip was good with lots of free time to explore Murano and Burano. The tour guide was very helpful, but the audio system wasn’t the best.

En réservant j’ai pas vu, et c’est bien ma faute, que nous partagions la gondole. Donc si vous êtes en couple cette activité n’est pas à faire. Le charme de la balade en amoureux est tombé à l’eau !

We had the absolute pleasure of having Serena as our guide on our tour to Murano and Burano, and she was fantastic! From the very beginning, she made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Serena has a wonderful way of sharing information, she made everything interesting and engaging, which really brought the experience to life. Her knowledge, combined with her warm and friendly personality, made the tour even more special. The island visits themselves were absolutely beautiful and so enjoyable. The glass blowing demonstration on Murano was really cool to see, and Burano was simply stunning. The wine tasting and sandwiches there were also so lovely and delicious, such a perfect touch to the experience. We would definitely recommend this tour!!!

Menos tiempo de lo que dice. Salimos a las 10 y eran 5h.30 y llegamos a las 14.30 a Venecia. Podrían meter torcello y algo más de tiempo por Murano que no da pa verla Por lo demás muy bien

Guide was alittle hard to hear but otherwise good trip did go very fast but plenty of time to do everything x

Gondolier not very personable. Rushed off the boat. Would have liked to have gotten a picture but we were at the front of the boat.Should have gotten a more personal experience.

Llegamos a la hora al tour y no nos dieron gran explicación , solo nos hicieron descargar el audio guía. Una vez en la góndola el gondolero estaba de muy mal carácter, se molestaba si teníamos miedo porque la góndola se ladeab, no nos dejó tomar una sola foto en la góndola y además el audio guía , no coincidía con los lugares, el gondolero no nos dio ni una sola reseña. Nosotros somos turistas que pagamos bastante por pasar un tiempo agradable y no por terminar fustradas, y además ellos deben tener bien claro que viven de la actividad del turismo. El paseo en vaporeto fue mil veces mejor by menos caro.

Nous avions bcp de mal a entendre le guide. a refaire nous n'opterons pas sur cette formule malgré la gentillesse du guide
