Nicole was very informative and had great advice for places to see. She took the time to give us detail instructions of locations we were interested in. I only wish the tour would have been longer. The shopping here, specially Burano is amazing

The glass demonstration was very cool but the lace “demonstration” lasted a total of 2 min and she just told us how long it took for them to make them. Didn’t give any details. I wish we could’ve done something different. Other than the lace. Sara, our guide, was incredible she was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would book another tour with her in a heartbeat.

Sanal gözlükle anlatım çok iyiydi, rehberimizin gondol durağına kadar olan anlatımları da harikaydı. Gondol turu biraz daha uzn olabilirdi. Çok kısa oldu.

It was a great experience. Loved the VR tour at the start. Only downside was that we had to share the gondola with another couple and got to sit on the stools which weren’t as comfortable. Will go again but this time pay to have the gondola to ourselves.

Certainement la plus chouette activité de notre séjour à Venise avec de magnifiques souvenirs (masques) qui sont rentrés avec nous. Un moment de qualité en famille. La brève introduction historique a été appréciée. On ne peut que recommander si vous voulez passer un moment hors "circuit touristique".

the gondola ride was pleasant and suitable length. the ride itself was smooth and the scenery was beautiful. However, the headphones only played the same music all the time and there was no guidance or commentary which according to the description was supposed to be included. this was slightly disappointing, as the commentary would have added more value to the experience. All in all, I recommend this activity!

Super activité, nous avons découvert les îles Murano et Burano et leur histoire, notre guide française était au top. Nous avons pu voir un souffleur de verre créer des pièces uniques, et nous avons appris comment les femmes de Burano font la dentelle et les biscuits typiques de l’île. Nous recommandons vivement cette activité !

Notre Gondolier était très agréable et la guide sympathique. l'accueil au bureau est de type usine...pas le droit de poser une question et hop on dégage. on nous a donné des écouteurs...on entend rien et pour la gondole il n'y a pas d'audio guide comme indiqué mais juste de la musique...
