La visita a Murano dura un' ora , compresa soffiatura del vetro, e rimane 30 minuti per vedere l'isola. A Burano 2 ore, compresa visita in negozio per fare vedere i merletti e visita alla pasticceria per assaggiare i biscotti, quindi si ha un' ora e mezza per visitare l' isola. La guida descrive le isole mentre si è in navigazione. sulle isole non c'è la guida

L'activité sur Murano, la démonstration du verre était parfaite et surprenante. En revanche, les 2 activités sur Burano sont inutiles. L'idée est de vendre uniquement leur produit. Je m'attendais pour la dentelle à vraiment voir la fabrication (et non pas 2 points en 2 secondes sans nous montrer). Pour la dégustation, nous avons gouté uniquement. Aucune explication sur la fabrication. Sans intérêt.

Access to Doge Palace was great, meeting place clear. Guide seemed rushed, but answered any questions we had along the way.

I didn't get what I expect. Managers have mistakenly send us to ride the gandola(20min) instead 2hours walking tour with spritz. just unprofessional.

Gut organisiert. Freundlicher Empfang. Einführung in die Thematik Gondoliere per VR. Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber gut gemacht. Gondeltour durch kleine Kanäle und unter der Seufzerbrücke hindurch. Gondoliere war guter Stimmung.

We enjoyed it. At Murano there was not much time after the glass making to look around. We would have liked a bit more time there. Burano was very lovely place. The ear piece wasn’t always clear and often could not hear what the guide had to say sadly.

La croisière est parfaite avec l'essentiel à voir sur Burano et Murano. le guide David est extraordinaire ! On apprend beaucoup de choses sur Venise et les îles autour avec humour et extrême gentillesse du guide. Merci !

Tivemos um problema, onde o Guia (áudio) ficou em looping e não conseguimos fazer o passeio guiado, foi na realidade algumas voltas na Gondola, já que o guia (pessoa)/piloto não fala nada conosco.

Gondolier très gentil. Très belle visite en gondole. Les casques virtuels aux début nous ont beaucoup moins plu. Un peu cher.
