Geweldig, kon gelijk doorlopen via een ingang aan de zijkant van het paleis. Ik heb geen geduld voor een tour, dus ik koos het toegangsticket gecombineerd met audiotour - alleen de audiotour is gratis wat wordt verstrekt door de overheid, er staat een bord in het paleis met de informatie dat je de MuVe app kan downloaden en ter plekke moet je de QR-code scannen om toegang te krijgen tot de audioguide. Het paleis is werkelijk prachtig, en met zo'n skip the line ticket is het gewoon geweldig om zulke attracties te bezoeken. De tickets ophalen was vlak achter het paleis, bij een lokale ticketoffice waar ze tours verkochten voor de regio (ook bijv. boottochten of andere tickets voor de attracties in de regio). Persoonlijk vind ik het online kopen van deze tickets echt geweldig en ik hoop dat het in andere steden ook zo soepel verloopt.

Merci à notre guide Giovanni qui nous a bien raconté l'histoire de Venise et des îles. le temps passé à Murano est très court (1h qui inclus bien 20min de démonstration de soufflage de verre 👌) Burano est magnifique !

Es war alles meine Reservierung für meine Frau und mich, um mit dem Boot zu fahren, aber wir waren zu fünft! Und die Fahrt dauert nur 15 Minuten!!

We’ve had a really good time, our guide Hilary informed us on route to Murano about the islands of Venice she was very informed, she also explained about what to expect upon arrival at both Murano & Burano! The visit to the glass blowing & lace making was very good, a really lovely day

cuando lo venden parece ser que tienes acceso a varios sitios pero cuando llegas a Venecia, no hay acceso sino a uno. no hay donde reclamar

Monika hat alles gut erklärt und weitere Fragen zufrieden stellend beantwortet. Man kann die Tour mit ihr empfehlen. Die Fahrt mit der Gondel war kurz, aber für diesen Preis angemessen. Es hat uns beides gut gefallen.

中国人不骗中国人： 我觉得艺术从来就不是应该被束之高阁 在少数艺术家手中的！ 制作本身很有意义，体验过程非常一般，不到一个小时。几乎没有教学，老板对我总有种不耐烦，同时间段另外两个法国人他就对她们很好谈笑风生的 很多好评体验很好，我也是被那些评论吸引过来的，令我意外！我不愿意说老板是歧视，似乎显得我有些敏感，但是我也相信能感受到的恶意就是恶意！

A atividade fala em 1h de passeio de gôndola mas é um engano. O ponto de encontro é a 15min a pé do sítio onde está "estacionada a gôndola" e antes disso, fazem um género de vídeo em realidade virtual para contar a história de veneza. Se fosse apenas isto, estava tudo bem, mas a verdade é que depois o passeio de gôndola fica apenas um passeio de 20min, e ainda temos de dividir a gôndola com outras pessoas que não conhecemos. Não gostei e senti-me enganada.

the overall journey was confusing getting to the Gondola. the Gondola ride was not the greatest and you did not go through the main bridge. found out it was cheaper to rent a gondola in the same area with more perks. Bottom line, price was high for something that did not meet the expectations.
