Merci à David notre guide pour cette journée. Il nous a ravi avec toutes ses histoires sur Venise. Nous avons passé une très belle journée. L’organisation et le timing était parfait.

la visite réalisée et la présentation de la basilique ne correspond pas au descriptif Accueil fonctionnel, distribution d oreillettes indispensables dans la basilique mais très peu pratique d usage.. explications de la guide difficile à suivre par maîtrise insuffisante du français. explications essentiellement descriptives des mosaïques alors que nous nous attendions à une présentation plus historique de la basilique nous avons quitté le groupe dans la basilique car nous n avions pas pris la visite suivante : cela nous a permis de profiter tranquillement du lieu, donc pas de vr comme précisé dans le descriptif. DONC : changer le descriptif de la visite ou de guide( organisme car la personne était sympathique) , mieux préciser l organisation de la visite pour choisir correctement, les lieux non accessibles de la basilique de façon à anticiper les compléments de visite à envisager car non réalisable à la dernière minute

Excellent the only thing is they printed lots of paperwork. The tower was on back page and self guided. We didn’t realise it was just a half hour time slot to arrive and we were an hour late. However the guy on entrance was very helpful and there was no issue. I’m not sure how this would have been if busy, so worth checking

Activity really great with beautiful islands visited. Transport of boat good with enough spare seats to choose from upper or lower deck. Everything left and arrived on time. Presentations for glass and lace making very informative. Burano is absolutely stunning with enough time to explore and have lunch. Unfortunately the low score is our guide. She spoke broken English, stood right next to engine and our ear sound system wasn’t great. Spoke probably 30% of the other tour guides who were with other nationalities & saw our guide reading from her phone (possibly Google). Didn’t get any information about history which was a shame. Maybe her first day? But would have liked to have some kind of information about buildings we were passing. Guessing on this occasion we were just unfortunate. The French speaking guide had the biggest audience and spoke constantly keeping his group entertained ( wish I spoke French!) and the funny thing was, he was actually English which would have been great

Nel complesso buono anche se l'escursione in gondola è proprio ai minimi termini cioè poco tempo e visto poche cose.

L'activité est très intéressante et hautement créative avec de multiples possibilités de couleur de forme et de décoration. Je déplore seulement la complexité de trouver le point de rendez-vous qui nous a fait perdre du temps d'activité et la rénovation qui ne nous a pas permis d'utiliser toutes les décorations possibles.

Good value for money. The stop at Murano felt like it was mainly to try and get you to buy their Murano glass products and there is no real time to see the island. The stop at Burano is much better and the Island is very pretty with some nice cafes to watch the world go by. We did book to see a 3rd island but didn’t go in the end as it would have been too rushed and we would only have had 45 minutes on Burano so I would recommend not booking for the 3rd island. If I went to Venice again I would probably just book Water bus trips to the individual island myself to be able to spend more time exploring.
