Nu a fost conform așteptărilor. +Ne-a placut turul virtual dinaintea plimbarii cu gondola. +In gondola am fost 5 persoane (optiunea asta am selectat) + Gondolier f priceput in a menavra gondola +Privelistile minunate -Am fasit f greu locatia de intalnire -Nu inteleg de ce e necesar sa descarci aplicatia ptr o singura activitate de 30 minute- o ora -Gondolierul facea glume cu un alt gondolier din serie (am fost 6 serii care am plecat deodata). Eventual, ar putea fi instruiti sa ne spuna vizitatorilor locurile/ efificiile importante pe langa care trecem. +Tur f scurt. As fi optat ptr altceva, ptr a petrece mai mult timp pe apa di a vedea mai multe locuri pe care nu le-am vazut

What a nice way to explore. Venice & learn about is history with a knowledgeable guide. After the guided tour, retuned to the tour office to wait for the next stage - a shared gondola ride. Great way to enjoy a gondola ride without breaking the bank with a small group to share the costs. Overall good tour package for solo traveller.

Elizabeth was een hele leuke enthousiaste gids en wist veel te vertellen. wat ik jammer vond dat niet alle gondeliers het traditionele hoedje (canotier) op hadden. er was er zelfs 1 met een baseball cap. dat vindt ik persoonlijk afbreuk doen aan de ervaring.

Leider sind wir 5 Minuten zu spät gekommen und unsere Gruppe war bereits unterwegs. Die Dame die am Treffpunkt die Aufsicht hat war nicht wirklich freundlich und hat auch gleich gesagt dass sie da nichts mehr machen kann. Wir haben dann bei GYG angerufen, der Herr am Telefon war sehr nett und hat gemeint wir sollen einfach nochmals zum Treffpunkt gehen und bei der nächsten Gruppe (die starten alle halbe Stunde) versuchen mitzugehen. Während es für die Reiseleiterin kein Problem war uns mitzunehmen hat sich die Dame am Treffpunkt wieder dagegen gestellt. Wir haben €130 in den Sand gesetzt und waren über diese Vorgehensweise sehr unglücklich. Man hätte uns anrufen können und wir hätten uns der Gruppe noch leicht anschließen können.

Guide was very helpful and informative. Demonstration in factory excellent. Did not like high pressure selling techniques afterwards. Bit like going to a car dealership.
