Die Buchung und der Start der Gondelfahrt haben reibungslos funktioniert. Auch das Team vor Ort war freundlich. Leider hat das Erlebnis unsere Erwartungen insgesamt nicht erfüllt. In der Beschreibung war angegeben, dass 3D-Brillen in das alte Venedig einführen sollen. Vor Ort waren diese Brillen zwar sichtbar, wurden uns jedoch nicht angeboten und die Einführung fand nicht statt. Auch bei der Audio-Guide-Funktion fehlte ein klarer Hinweis, dass eigene Kopfhörer beziehungsweise ein passender Anschluss benötigt werden. Dadurch konnten wir dieses Angebot leider nicht nutzen. Die Gondelfahrt selbst empfanden wir als eher emotionslos. Der Gondoliere kommunizierte kaum mit uns, sodass die Fahrt insgesamt recht unspektakulär wirkte. Schade, denn mit besserer Organisation und etwas mehr persönlicher Begleitung hätte es ein deutlich schöneres Erlebnis sein können.

Absolute waste of money! No interaction whatsoever from the gondolier until we were leaving the gondola when he was clearly looking for a tip! Don’t waste your money on this so called tour it lasted about 20 mins!

odwiedziliśmy trzy wyspy. murano, burano i torcello. niestety na żadnej z nich nie było wystarczająco dużo czasu, aby spokojnie posiedzieć, zjeść posiłek i wypić kawę, nie mówiąc już o czasie na zwiedzanie. na murano oprócz oczywiście pokazu w hucie, mieliśmy 30min wolnego czasu, na burano 60min, a torcello 45min. w związku z czym chcąc pochodzić i zobaczyć wyspy, czasu na odpoczynek i kawę nie było. do tego Pani przewodnik mówiła dość niewyraźnie i niezrozumiale. Uważam, że lepiej kupić bilet na vaporetto i na każdą z wysp pojechać niezależnie indywidualnie, spodziewaliśmy się, że będzie więcej czasu na zwiedzanie i pobyt na wyspach

The earpieces need to be replaced as they are hard to keep on your ear and hard to hear the guide. Her Voice kept cutting in and out consistently. No real guide at either location. 50+ people squeezing into a bakery at Burano is not fun for anyone. Especially the little old Italian local lady who was trying to get out with her bread. She was clearly upset and abused us in Italian. Honestly I don’t blame her. From here we decided it was easier to just look around on our own. The only money well spent on this trip was for the boat to the islands.

The glass blowing and lace making tours were very informative and super cool to see in real time. The tour guides were great and let us know many times they are here for any type of questions regarding getting around/ our travel back home. It was a great experience!
