The guide was very friendly and nice. 10/10 Experience 5/10: 1. We have booked the tour from 14:00. We arrived at 13:50 to discover that we will be late and we left at 14:40…. We booked at 14:00 for a reason, if this is the situation, change the hours. 2. The equipment is not working properly. We couldn’t hear our guide, you really need to change the ear piece. Most of the people were looking on the window because we could hear well. 3. Activity at Murano- 15 min- glas experience 4. Activities at Burano- 10 min lace experience Marketing done well

Bien, aunque en las calles mas pequeñas teníamos problema con el audio. Una forma muy agradable de conocer la historia de la ciudad.

Dommage que notre gondolier ai été muet durant l’activité, ça aurait pu être vraiment sympa de pouvoir discuter avec pendant la balade, et d’avoir des explications en même temps sur la ville. Guide avenant, nous avons passer en excellent moment en sa compagnie !

La guía Julia explicó todo muy bien, muy amable y atendió toda las preguntas adicionales que le hicimos. El recorrido agradable en barco y la estancia en las islas también. El único punto a mejorar es que nos hubiera gustado que el viaje durara un par de horas más, ya que en Murano apenas se tiene media hora de tiempo libre y no da tiempo a nada, y en Burano el tiempo libre es apenas de una hora y con el tiempo gastado en comida apenas vuelve a quedar media hora libre para visitar la isla. Creo que se debería reformular el tiempo del itinerario para disponer de una hora completamente libre en cada isla para verlo sin agobios y poder hacer compras a la vez que disfrutar del paisaje y hacer fotos.

Ilaria muy buena guía turística, habla muy bien español para ser italiana. Se hizo muy ameno el tour, sin duda lo recomiendo.
