This was a great tour. Two islands with boat transfer for an economical price. Polaris was an excellent host. She provided detailed information in both Spanish and English. Both islands were worth the 5 hour tour.

A guia fala em duas linguas (ingles e espanhol), o que facilita o entendimento quando se perde alguma informação. O fone é unilateral, por causa do barulho natural do barco fica dificil escutar bem. Por acaso eu tinha um fone de ouvido na bolsa que usei como abafador do som ambiente no ouvido que nao leva o fone. Passeio bem legal, mas eu gostaria de ter tido mais tempo livre nas ilhas.

die Zeit auf Murano war viel zu kurz. nach der glasbläserei blieb gerade mal eine halbe Stunde um sich weiter umzusehen. Die Zeit auf Burano war besser geplant.

O passeio foi ótimo. Entretanto, escolhemos a opção com comidas típicas venezianas e vinho que achei que seriam servidos no barco, mas não foi, foram servidos em um restaurante em burano. Para o preço que é pago não valeu a pena a comida, foram 2 torradas e uma taça de vinho por pessoa, as torradas tinham recheio diferente para cada um. O tempo em cada ilha acaba sendo curto.

I booked and paid for a private gondola ride for 2 people, but what I got was a shared gondola with 3 strangers. Nowhere in the booking or confirmation did it say “shared”. This is not a small detail — it’s a completely different service. A private ride is obviously more expensive and a different experience than being packed with random people. There was no way to fix this on the spot. You only find out when you’re already there and they put you in the gondola. Customer support was not helpful and the issue was not properly resolved. Very misleading listing. I do not recommend booking this unless you’re okay with getting something different than what you paid for.

Looking for a partial refund. This was very deceiving and did not match the price or description. We were expecting more than just a lap around the block and for us to have a singer or musician on the boat with us. We were 4 rides away, one guy singer on one boat and everyone was just expected to hear him.

Excellent! If you just want the gondola it’s a bit short but combined with the guided tour it was great!

Regular. Compramos la actividad más larga y sin embargo nos metieron con la gente que realizaba la actividad de 4h30 y que ha pagado menos dinero que nosotros (por lo tanto deberían devolvernos la diferencia). El barco salió más tarde de la cuenta y en vez de recompensar esos minutos, se los saltó y dejaron menos tiempo en la primera parada (Murano). Por otra parte, en la descripción de la actividad separan la visita de la fábrica con tiempo libre en Murano y no es así. Llegamos tarde (por el retraso del barco) y directamente nos metieron a la fábrica y en menos de 45 minutos tenías que visitar la fábrica de vidrio y estar en el punto de salida del barco, todo con muchas prisas. NO DA TIEMPO A VER MURANO. En Burano sin embargo dejan 2h, bueno de las cuales hay que descontar el tiempo de visitar la tienda de hacer encajes y la de las galletas típicas y también si vas a Torcello (no fue nuestro caso) En definitiva, NO LA RECOMIENDO, la organización fue pésima y mezclan ambas excursiones
