A palota gyönyörű, a túra végigvezet a teljes épületen. Negatívum, hogy a túra nem indult időben, valamint szinte sehol nem lehet leülni közben, viszont sok lépcsőt kell megmászni. Az idősebb korosztálynak nem ajánlott!

Tour guide kept delaying the start time of the tour, and the VR experience was not available as the devices were ‘new’. Told us to go to another office to watch a video when we are free instead, but when I reached the office was closed… at 3pm. The gondola ride was also really short and disappointing. The tour decided to arrange 5 person in one gondola, which inevitably caused the boat to keep tipping towards one side which felt unsafe. The gondola man was also chasing us out the moment we finished the 15min ride, when I wanted to stay and take some photos with the boat since I couldn’t take any given the unsteady nature of the boat during the ride. Not worth the money and anxiety, choose other options instead.

le tour de gondole est incontournable à Venise! incontestablement c'est à faire.les gondoliers manient leurs barques à la perfection. la guide très gentille. petit bémol pour la partie dans la galerie de la gondole nous n'avons pas vraiment eu le temps de voir les rames colorés , les outils , etc... comme écrit dans le descriptif. j'aurai trouvé ça encore plus intéressant avec plus d'explications techniques à propos des gondoles.

La guia no existio, nos hicieron esperar 15 minutos en una oficima, nos dieron un QR para escanear, sin explicacion Ahora, si no conoces como ubicas los puntos Considero que fue una publicidad engañosa, nos quedamos sin conocer.Al consultar nos dijeron que solian hacerla en la oficina con cascos virtuales , pero que ahora no fumcionan O sea solo fue el paseo en gongola de 25minutos Solicitamos reintegro por la parte de actividad no realizada. De hecho se promociona de 45 min y solp fueron 25. La empleada del proveedor nos dijo que escucharamos la guia en el hotel En fin, todo un engaño
