The day was excellent and very informative. My only suggestion would be an extra 30 minutes in Murano to allow a wander around. All in all great value for money and worth the investment in time

Ho dovuto cambiare i biglietto per un errore dell' organizzazote nonostante fossero corretti quelli prenotari e pagati sul sito.Valuto negativamente l'organizzatore ,ovviamente meraviglioso il palazzo ducale.

Nous sommes allés chercher un bon ( écrit à la main) à une heure précise à 20min de marche du musée pour pouvoir échanger contre une entrée ensuite au musée dans les 4h ( l’audio guide était gratuit mais pas à jour) aucun intérêt de passer par get your guide.

Der Tour Guide war schrecklich. Obwohl ich angemessen angezogen war, ermahnte er mich vor der kompletten Gruppe. Ich möge mich anständig anziehen. Ich war keineswegs falsch angezogen. Wenn überhaupt, hätte er mir das unter vier Augen sagen können und mich nicht vor einer 25-köpfigen Gruppe runter putzen müssen. Ich bin ein sehr zurückhaltender Mensch und der Tour Guide hatte mich die ganze Tour über auf dem Kieker und es war für mich ganz schrecklich, immer wieder im Fokus seiner unangemessenen Witze zu stehen. Ich hätte die Tour verlassen sollen, bin aber aus Höflichkeit geblieben. Es war ganz fürchterlich für mich.
