We werefoing to do the trip via vaporetto but at the last minute decided to go on a tour with a guide. Our guide David was very knowledgeable and and pleasant. The glass factory was interesting and the demonstration was good. The souvenir shop had items suitable for all price ranges although you could buy same items a little cheaper in the shops next door. In Burano, we were taken to a shop where the lady was one of only 3 people to make lace the traditional way by hand, again there were items to suit all price ranges. We had time for a quick look round and lunch but could've done with a bit more time to stroll and have a proper good look around. The houses were quaint and colourful and almost had a Swiss feel about them. All in all, it was a good tour. If you're not bothered about learning about the history, then perhaps don't go on a tour and spend more time there.

A logística da empresa deixa a desejar: mesmo com chuva forte, não permitem aguardar ou reagendar, forçando um passeio desagradável. Somado a isso, os assentos são bem desconfortáveis. Minha recomendação é não comprar pelo site. A diferença de preço é irrelevante perto da frustração de fazer o trajeto com tempo ruim. Compre na hora para ter controle sobre o clima e seu bem-estar.

Very disappointing. We had booked a walking tour with gondola ride. We checked the details carefully before paying and received a ticket almost immediately. We were sent a confirmation of the tour, which complete with a description of what the tour included. It mentioned both in the tour title, and the description, AND the ‘what’s included’ section of our booking confirmation that a 30 minute gondola ride was included. However, this was not the case. After contacting GYG to find out what had happened, they were prompt in replying, admitting that they could see that this was in the description and suggested that a refund would be forthcoming. The refund later offered was only $10, a small Fraction of what we had paid.This was disappointing as we had used GYG multiple times in the past and had never had any issues.

Absolutely Terrible! Would rate a 0/10 if I could. The meeting point on the app was incorrect and customer service did not know where the meeting location was either. This is a complete rip off. I better be getting a full refund. Never even got to go on the tour because we didn’t know where the new location was. Had to do a different Gondola not through this terrible company.

We didn't get to go on this tour, I re booked this as we were lost and missed out on ghe 1st tour but this booking never went through. only to find out it did and they charged me fir it again. very disappointing service with on your guide, not helpful at all. and also the tour guide team couldn't rearrange my 1st booking to another time even though there was times avaliable. 2nd time round the confirmation didnt go through and I was unaware, I need a refund for this

Weather was awful but yet they still let the gondola go ahead they didn’t even wipe the seats for us so we were sitting in wet awful took us down run down places wasn’t 30 mins ride either as we got stuck for over 15 as someone was moving a car the guy who was rowing the boat didn’t even speak overall was a terrible disappointment would not recommend this

It’s was brilliant! The guide was amazing , the boat was great and the time we had at each island was good, although another 1hr at Murano would have been nice. Would highly recommend the trip. Great value
