Muy mala experiencia. Altisimo valor, perdonal poco experto y poco amable. Resto de turistas muy poco respetuosos y guías no hicieron nada al respecto. No volvería a tomar, y menos recomendar.

The virtual tour was interesting, but after that we could not hear the guide anything on the way to the gondola. We had side places on the gondola and we could not take any nice pictures of us, and when we asked at the end if we could take just one photo from us they said no. The drive itself was like 20 minutes. So the whole experience was not good and not worth the price.

3 guides étaient à bord du bateau 1 parlant français, un anglais et un italien … Chacun donnait des explications à son groupe respectif au moyen d’un micro et chaque participant avait une oreillette ( une seule ) pour entendre son guide dans sa langue. Le principe est intéressant , mais le son est très mauvais dans l’oreillette et de l’oreille qui n’a pas l’oreillette tu entends les moteurs du bateau + le discours des autres guides… La guide francophone avait un accent important si bien qu’elle était très difficile à comprendre dans mon oreillette. Elle avait bcp d’informations à transmettre mais j’ai pas compris grand chose malheureusement La visite des 2 îles ( Murano et Burano) était bien intéressante et la durée juste parfaite.

The gondola ride was lovely but the guide didn’t speak loud enough, the app didn’t work properly, the group started earlier so we missed a few things… Overall, wouldn’t recommend. There are enough other organisations.

We went on the 11am tour and arrived back in Venice at 4pm. Elena our guide was great and gave really good information along the way. The first stop in Murano we watched a glass blowing demonstration with Matteo who was amazing at his craft - this plus the shop lasted around 30 mins then we had 30 mins to explore on our own. The second stop in Murano we had about 30 mins learning about lace and how it is made and also tried a traditional Essa biscuit. We then had 1.5hrs to explore the beautiful, colourful houses, and time to have some food or gelato, buy some souvenirs and walk around. A brilliant trip and well worth the price. It was also really nice on board the boat with plenty of seating and being able to see the different islands.

guide Merina was great, unfortunately Murano was full, and had to go to a different factory and it was packed, felt rushed and didn't get to see any of the island. Murano was fantastic just unfortunate start to the excursion
