Sophia was a great guide - her English was perfect and she explained how the gondolas were built - we did a short and informative walking tour and then a gondola ride - we loved it

Super expérience, nous avons dans un premier temps eu une vidéo en réalité virtuelle pour présenter l'ancien Venise, puis ensuite notre guide nous a emmenés à la gondole, pendant le trajet elle a pu nous montrer différent endroit important de la ville La ballade en gondole était parfaite (30 minutes)

El tour duró menos de 25 minutos, comenzó a las 10:10am y ya a las 10:35am había terminado. Compramos un paquete con audio guía en español y la audio guía de la Basílica de San Marco solo es de 2 minutos o sea que no aporta nada. La guía que hizo la ruta en inglés andaba rápido y se fue de una vez. Un desastre. Una experiencia terrible.

I signed up for the 9:30 am tour, and when I arrived at the stated meeting point (the tour company’s office), I was told that the meeting point had changed. I expressed a bit of confusion as this had not been communicated to me prior, and the woman working the front desk said: “Well, you’re the only client to come in here confused. Clearly everyone else knew about the change except for you; next time check your email.” … It turns out, my party was the only group that signed up for the 9:30 am tour, and the change was actually just never communicated to us. When we arrived at the new meeting point, we were told that since we were the only people that signed up for the 9:30 am, our tour would now be merged with the 10 am tour. We had to wait in heavy pouring rain for almost an hour. When asked about this change, the guide working said “Oh sorry. We just decided to merge tours this morning.” Lots of un-communicated change and a very rude reception desk.

The initial VR experience was excellent and the guide who took us to our gondola very good. Although the gondola ride was impressive, the ‘audio tour’ on board was poor. It mainly played music and the narration only lasted a few minutes
