L’activité est très touristique mais l’équipage est très accueillant, Béatrice est très souriante, donne des explications durant toute la visite et des bonnes adresses de restaurants ;) On recommande le risotto au Bar Sport sur l’île de Burano (prévoir le temps de cuisson préparé à la demande, environ 30 minutes ;) )

Audio guide inaudible. Temps de visite de moins d’une heure et au pas de course. Nous étions 8 = une bien mauvaise expérience de plus de 400 €.

There was heavy rain that morning. I tried to contact someone to see if the tour was still going but by the time I got a reply it was too late. We tried to get there but the group had already left. We lost out on the whole tour.

Did not like anything about it. Admittedly it was raining. But very poor communication. Was supposed to visit Casanova place. All we got was a short gondola ride and dumped off. Not at all impressed paying out a lot of money for this. How do they even warrant it. Some money should be refunded as they did not deliver and should have just canceled it

Le gondolier ne dit pas un mot durant toute la visite. Et c’est bien dommage ! Nous avons pris la balade sous le pont des soupirs, il ne nous as absolument pas indiquer quand on passer sous celui ci ect. La gondole est quand a elle très belle, et les canaux très beau.
