As expected, about 25 minutes of actual time on canals. Gondolier was ok, tried to communicate some spots toward end of journey. There is a 15 minute walk to the boat which everyone might not want. It was organized. We ended up as the only couple in our gondola.

Bellissima escursione con una guida, Camilla, preparata, gentile e disponibile. Un unico appunto: ho acquistato il pacchetto che prevedeva anche la visita a Torcello, ma per farla avrei dovuto sottrarre tempo alla visita di Burano. Sarebbe il caso di prevedere una escursione a parte non inserita in questa.

Elizabeth was an amazing tour guide, she helped us throughout with the history and explanation of the gondola along with the VR history experience. Then while walking she was able to give us a lot of details and info and history about the city and the gondola. she was very funny and very considerate and polite with everyone including bystanders. the gondola ride itself was very fun and the gondoliere was very friendly and nice and chatty. he would answer any questions you could ask and was nice enough to take pictures of us. the gondola went through a couple of small canals which ended up being roughly a 25-30min which was perfect for this kind of tour and price point.

La guía, Valentina, es agradable pero muestra poca energía en sus intervenciones. Hablar mientras la gente camina no es buena idea, además. La atención se pierde e incluso el audio se interrumpe entre las callejuelas. Deberíais dar la información con el grupo parado, de esa forma es más fácil captar el interés. Hay que ponerle pasión a lo de ser guía aunque se haya hecho muchas veces.

Couldn’t hear the guide, crammed in with other people in the gondola and the ride was very underwhelming. Wouldn’t do it again.

la guía era pésima. Algo tan bonito y tan poco explicado. lo ha hecho rápido, sin interactuar con nosotros ( y éramos un grupo de 5 personas). No se la oía y contaba las cosas leyéndolo en un cuaderno. Mi hijo hacía preguntas y le ignoraba. Una mal educada y falta de profesionalidad. muy caro para la calidad que hemos recibido
